Ting Ting has over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial practice and provides professional corporate secretarial services in various areas, including but not limited to corporate secretarial compliance, business establishment and registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution, and cessation of business.

She is part of the Firm’s China Practice Group and specialises in providing corporate secretarial services to native Chinese clients across various industries, including energy and commodities, engineering and construction, manufacturing and food & retail.

Prior to joining RSM, Ting Ting was with a mid-tier secretarial firm for 8 years, providing corporate secretarial services to Singapore companies. She also assisted with incorporations in offshore jurisdictions such as British Virgin Islands, Seychelles, Panama, Labuan
