Deseree began her journey with the firm as an intern and has since advanced to the role of Associate Director. With over 15 years of professional experience, she specialises in corporate secretarial compliance, business establishment and registration, corporate restructuring and dissolution, and the cessation of business. The team led by Deseree focuses on the not-for-profit sector, serving organisations of various sizes, from small to large, across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, arts and heritage, education, and religious sectors.
