Introduction

Singapore's workforce is more complex than ever and the gap between what employees need and what most people strategies deliver is widening. Rising retention risks, benefits that no longer meet employee needs and increasing compliance expectations under the Workplace Fairness Act are challenges that many organisations continue to face.

With growing pressure to retain local talent and make better people decisions, this seminar brings together experts from PayrollServe, Specialist Risk Group (SRG), Intellect Clinic and Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) to help HR professionals and business leaders close the gaps before they become costly people problems.

Participants will leave with practical insights to reduce turnover, develop employee benefits that better meet workforce needs, and build people practices that align with both employee expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Takeaways:

  • Why employees disengage long before they resign and the signals most managers miss
  • How to diagnose whether your turnover is a pay, workload, manager or culture problem
  • What employees actually need from benefits versus what most organisations currently offer
  • How to build a smarter wellbeing approach without assuming a bigger budget
  • What the Workplace Fairness Act requires and where most organisations currently have gaps

Who should attend: HR leaders, business owners, senior decision-makers and C&B professionals looking to strengthen retention, redesign benefits, navigate the Workplace Fairness Act and build a more engaged multigenerational workforce.
