He brings over 10 years of diverse experience across the Mining & Construction, F&B and Services industries, having led financial operations in MNCs and start-ups across global, regional, and local roles. At this session, Peter will share insights on building a future-ready global workforce, and how organisations can develop internal capabilities while positioning HR as a strategic enabler of international growth.
- Joerin Yao: Joerin is the Director of Enable Consulting, where she provides strategic HR consultancy and advisory services to organisations across various stages of growth. She specialises in developing and setting up HR functions, managing HR operations as a retained service provider and supporting HR digitalisation and change management initiatives. Joerin will share key considerations for salary benchmarking in overseas markets, including how organisations can structure competitive and sustainable pay positioning when entering new markets.
- Eady Ng: Eady is a Deputy Director at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), where he is involved in supporting workforce development and business transformation initiatives. In this session, he will share practical approaches to strengthening talent for international expansion, including global skills development and upskilling pathways such as OMIP.
- Rusyaidi Radzi: Rusyaidi is a Market Advisor at the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), focusing on the Middle East and Africa markets. He advises businesses on market entry strategies and supports their internationalisation efforts.
