Singapore, 14 October 2026 – RSM Stone Forest’s Technology Consulting division is supporting Singapore’s cyber resilience efforts through its role in managing the new Cyber Incident Helpline (CIH), launched on 14 October 2026 at Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW). The helpline provides businesses with timely guidance and practical support when responding to cyber incidents, helping them take appropriate action and minimise disruption.
The CIH is part of the Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC), an initiative led by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), in partnership with the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) and SGTech, with support from the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA).
Designed to help businesses move from uncertainty to action during a cyber incident, the free helpline provides a triage callback within two hours, practical first-response guidance to help contain incidents, and referrals to specialists for further assistance where necessary.
As the organisation managing the CIH, we play a role in helping businesses access timely support when facing cyber threats. By providing a clear first point of contact, the helpline aims to help businesses respond more effectively, navigate the initial stages of an incident and work towards recovery with minimal disruption.
