Associate, Data Science

In a world of technological disruptions, the role of our Data Science team is to develop analytical, artificial intelligence and technological solutions to enhance delivery of our client service and augment our professional service offerings. 

As a data science associate, you will support the team in the following tasks:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines for automation processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making
• Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Upskill our people with analytics and technology knowledge
• Encourage a culture of data-mindedness within the organization

Your profile

As someone who is passionate in analytics and technology, you are eager to create impactful solutions to address business challenges. You like to work in a close-knit collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued. You also thrive on difficult challenges and look forward to learning and growing professionally with the team. 

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Driven, inquisitive, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong desire to learn and to make an impact
• 0 to 2 years of experience

Technical skills:

• Low code analytical tools (e.g. Alteryx, KNIME)
• Programming or scripting (e.g. Python)
• Database (e.g. foundational SQL commands)
• Business intelligence (e.g. Power BI / Tableau)
• Experience with Generative AI will be advantageous
