Client Overview: As a French multinational integrated oil and gas company and one of the six "Supermajor" oil companies in the world, the client has a wide range of business scope covering the entire oil and gas chain, from crude oil and natural gas exploration and production to power generation, transportation, refining, petroleum product marketing, and international crude oil and product trading.
Client Brief
- As a market-leading company in the oil industry, the client has over 10 offices across China. They handle a considerable number of reimbursements and vendor payments on a monthly basis, and was in need of an efficient online T&E system.
- Given the scale of the business and the amount of work needed for developing the T&E system, the cost of communication and operations would be significant.
- The client lacked manpower in the finance department and sought our team's help to provide T&E compliance services in collaboration with their internal team.
