Job Descriptions:
• Work closely with the Business Managers to evaluate and design business cases to implement ERP/CRM projects
• Gather business needs and requirements from project stakeholders before translating it into technical and system specifications for workflow automation
• Working closely with end user to integrate M365 or Power Automate with ERP/CRM solution, which include product testing, integration testing and user acceptance test
• Prepare system documentation and user guide for the project
• Conduct internal knowledge transfer
