Client Technical Advisor

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract
  • Ensure service requests raised by customers are prioritized and delivered in accordance with the agreed timeline
  • Be the single point of contact for clients for on-going operations and projects
  • Be the technical advisor for clients in digitalization projects
  • Involve in service improvement and recovery 
  • Responsible for team KPIs - monitor and report KPIs
  • Report to Manager on any issue that could significantly impact the client

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3-years hands-on experience in Systems/ Network deployment work
  • Must have SI experience
  • Preferably with 2-years experience in project management and team management role
  • Good customer service and able to manage customer well
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Well-organized and good at juggling multiple tasks
