Job Descriptions:
- Drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, conducting research on target accounts, identifying key decision makers, and crafting personalized messaging managed services and Microsoft suite of applications (eg Dynamics 365, Business Central, M365 and others)
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospects’ challenges. Qualify leads based on their fit with our solutions
- Understand our offerings and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to prospects needs
- Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SQLs, consistently update activity, and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
- Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and refine messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency

- Should have at least 8 years’ experience in related IT sales functions
- Must have good presentation skills
- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently in a dynamic work environment
- Have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
