UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

As part of a creative and dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with our development team, product owners and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our Cloud based Human Resource Management (HRMS) suite of products.

UI/UX Design

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualise design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
• Ensuring look and feel, and user experience are standardised across all the products.
• Improve user experience by identifying and analysing user and product issues.

Front-End Development:

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS to translate design prototypes into responsive and interactive web interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

Collaboration & Learning:

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Bring creative input and design solutions for various digital assets.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS.
• Experience with JavaScript (Good to have).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
