Once a work pass application is approved, the applicant will receive an In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. The IPA grants a six-month window (from the date of issue) for the applicant to complete the issuance of their work pass.
If the applicant currently holds another valid work pass, such as an Employment Pass (EP), it must be cancelled before the new work pass can be issued. This is because individuals are not allowed to hold more than one valid pass at any given time.
Once the applicant has entered Singapore or cancelled their previous work pass, the following documents and information are required for the issuance of the ONE Pass:

Email AddressA valid Visa, Mastercard, Amex, NETS, or CashCard for payment of the issuance fee (not exceeding S$255).
If the applicant has a valid Singpass account, they may log in to the EP eService platform to complete the issuance of the ONE Pass and any associated Dependant Passes (DPs).
If not, an appointment (individual or group) can be made online via the MOM website under ‘Pass Issuance / Renewal / Cancellation’. All pass holders, including the ONE Pass holder and any DPs, must attend the appointment in person.
Note: If the DPs are not having their passes issued on the same day, the issuance of the ONE Pass must be completed first, as it is the main pass.
